We Can Do It

I love that there are teachers trying things outside the box. They do not see it as the "schools" job to take corrective action, but everyone's job to make a difference. I have seen too many times, teachers who are "comfortable" with their lessons and become rigid when they hear talk about change. Times change, so we need to change to help our students meet these demands. Great job to these individuals who take the time to make it happen, and to you for taking the time to acknowledge there are different ways to teach and learn.

Working Together

What struck me most about this video was how closely the teachers worked together. Having a supportive team to rely on is so critical to a teacher's well being. It is true that students will rise to whatever bar you set for them, so teachers should raise that bar high!

Wow! What a inspiring video. I love how the teachers believe in their students. They expect nothing less than excellence and the students rise to their expectations. I am impressed with the routines that the staff has set up to create success for the students. Great work - you make me proud to be a teacher!
